모든 강은 바다로 흐른다-추사 서거 150주기 기념

예술의 전당은 서울서예박물관에서 추사(秋史) 김정희(金正喜, 1786~1856)선생 서거 150주기 기념 및 한국서예사특별전 25번째로 ‘추사 문자반야(秋史 文字般若)’’를 개최한다. 그리고 본 전시와 동시에 ‘명가명품콜렉션 7ㆍ8 번째 전시로 ‘이헌서예관 소장 추사명품특선’과 ‘멱남서당 소장 추사가의 한글’도 동시에 개최한다.
이번 전시에서는 ‘추사체’의 실체규명과 기준작 제시, 시ㆍ서ㆍ화 일체, 서법과 화법 일치, 학예 일치, 유불선 통교, 정법과 자기파괴의 조형언어, 첩학과 비학혼융 등 유기적 측면에서 추사체의 형성과 변화과정을 조명한다. 이를 위해 청조학예의 수입과 조선화 문제를 한중교류 및 추사서파의 작품을 통해 동시에 조명하여 한국의 추사를 넘어 동 아시아적 시각에서 거장 예술가이자 학자로서 추사의 면모를 새롭게 밝혀내고자 하였다.
전시와 함께 ‘추사학예강화’와 ‘어린이박물관체험교실 6-추사 눈으로 바라보기’가 진행된다.

Seoul Arts Center opens the special exhibition ‘Chusa-Munja-Banya(文字般若)’ as the sesquicentennial memory of Chusa Kim Jung Hee’s demise and 25th Special Exhibition of the history of Korean Calligraphy from December 27, 2006 to February 25, 2007.
Also two special shows will be held at the same time, which are ‘Chusa’s best works from the collection of Ihun Institute of Calligraphy’ and ‘Hangul of the Family of Chusa Kim Jung Hee from the collection of Myucknam Seodang’
This exhibition will explore what the Chusa’s calligraphic style is and how it was developed and changed by researching the unity of poem, writing and painting, the accordance of the art of drawing and art of writing, the unification of Confucianism, Buddhism and Zen, and the artistic elements of self-destruction, mix of bi-hak[帖學] and chup-hak[碑學].
Through these researching views, the new aspects of Chusa will revealed not only as a Korean but also as a major artist and scholar in the view of the East Asia. For pursuing these goals, the import of studies and arts of Ching Dynasty and the problem of ‘Chosunization’ will be viewed in the relation of interchange of Korea and China, and the works of Chusa School.
With the exhibition, ‘Reinforcing the studies and arts by Chusa’ and ‘Children's Learning classroom 6-Seeing as Chusa's point of view’ will be offered.
